Lots of new Spring/Summer shows just announced and more to come in the next few weeks, so keep an eye on our tour page for details. Oh, and we're having a great time out on the road with Pete Murray and band. Nice to meet all you Audreys virgins too. Gosh, look what you miss out on when you only listen to commercial radio!

**New single**
Our new single Lay me Down has just been released on iTunes with a bonus 'live in the studio' acoustic version of album track Sally & the Preacher. Keep on the look out for the video too, we've nearly got it ready for y'all. Procrastinating at work? Pop along and request the track on Triple J, we won't tell the boss...

**The Audreys (Trio) to support Pete Murray**
Hi folks, back home, phew! It was really great to see all your friendly faces out there on the road.
There's no rest for the wicked though so we are very pleased to announce that The Audreys (Trio) will be supporting the lovely Pete Murray on his "Eureka' Australian Tour. This unique stripped back trio mode features Taasha, Tristan and Lyndon. Check our tour page for all the dates.
Speaking of Pete Murray, we had a blast performing the Sally Saltman penned "1234" (made famous by Canada's Feist) at the recent APRA Song of the Year Awards. It was a pleasure to share the stage with you Pete, and to Sally...it was a joy to play such a beautiful song.

And thanks to my lovely boys for chiming in and finishing the song after I had a coughing fit and lost my voice at the ANU Bar in Canberra. Talk about embarrassing! xx

Hi folks,
With 5 weeks in the Top 50 (and counting) and hoards of cracking reviews, we're feeling pretty relieved to be over the second album bump. Big love to you for buying it, playing it to your friends and leaving all those sweet messages on our myspace and guestbook.
Can't talk long because we're still halfway through our national tour. A huge thanks to all the folks who are coming out to our shows and helping to make them so memorable. We're having a ball.
By the way - our show at the Civic Hotel in Perth has been cancelled, the venue are putting an end to all live music. Come along to the Fly by Night in Freo instead :)

**Top 20 Album Chart Debut**
"When the Flood Comes", The Audreys' sophomore album, debuts at number 20 on the
ARIA
Album Charts.
This is the first chart appearance for the band.
Hey friends - we're about to hit the road and we can't wait! Tickets to a lot of our shows are selling fast and some are sold out already, so grab yourself one nice and quick.
Also, we'll be doing an initmate show for 702 ABC Sydney and DIG Radio on May 15th in Sydney. There are 20 double passes up for grabs, so listen to Deb Cameron's Morning Show on 702 or visit the dig website at www.abc.net.au/dig.
Listen to Kingsmill tomorrow night on Triple J to hear us chat about the album, and keep an eye out for us making fools of ourselves in a 2 minute band sketch on jTV. Yes, we promise to stick to music in future...

Read our album blog to get all the gossip on the making of the album, and listen to Richard Kingsmill on Triple J tomorrow night (Sunday 2nd March) after 6pm for a sneak preview of Paradise City.
